Where do the TVs come from?

All of our TVs are liquidated from major big box retailers

What is the condition of the TVs?

TVs are a mixture of closeouts, open box, cancelled online orders, etc. They are basically Like New product. We test each TV and inspect it for damage. Very few TVs have any major cosmetic damage (light scuff marks on the frame or base are common), but we will ALWAYS disclose any damage that we notice on the screens.

Do the TVs have any kind of warranty?

Yes! Every TV comes with a 30 day exchange warranty included in the price. If a defect pops up after you get it home, simply return it to us with all packaging and accessories, and we will exchange you for the same or similar model within 30 days of the receipt.

Can extended warranties be purchased beyond 30 days?

Yes! You have the option to purchase 1 or 2 year warranties on each TV. The price of the warranty depends on the price of the TV (see the Warranties section on our Inventory Page for pricing). The extended warranties cover parts and labor, and there are no deductibles that must be paid to receive service. If the warranty company can't fix an issue that pops up on your TV, then your warranty covers the TV for replacement value.

Do the TVs come with their original factory warranties?

Because we purchase liquidated product, we cannot guarantee that the TVs still have factory warranty, which is why we offer the options to purchase extended warranties if you prefer to have protection beyond 30 days.

Do all accessories come with the TVs?

We inspect each TV for its remote control, base assembly, and power cord...the essentials for the TV to function conveniently and properly. We do NOT check for other accessories that may be included for certain models, such as 3D glasses, USB adapters, screws, batteries, etc. Please keep in mind that you're saving 25-40% below what the same model retails for at big box stores.

Are manuals included in the boxes?

Often times manuals will not be in the boxes. However, it is very easy to find manuals for your specific TV by going to the manufacturer's website and downloading a copy of the manual for your model. Also, many smart TVs actually have the manual stored in the help menu of the TV so that you can view it on screen!

Why are some TVs in generic brown boxes?

If a TV is not in its original box, it usually means that the original packaging had box damage, so it was simply re-packaged in a generic box. TVs in brown boxes are in as good of (or better) condition as the TVs in their original packaging.

Can merchandise purchased from TVs 4 Less be returned for a refund?

We do not offer refunds. However, we will offer a store credit if you decide to return the merchandise to us (with all original packaging) within 30 days of purchase.

I purchased a TV, but would like to bring it back and get a different one. Can I do that?

As long as the TV is being returned with all packaging and has not been damaged, we will let you trade its value for a different TV within 30 days of the original receipt. If the TV you're trading to is less expensive than your original TV, then we will extend a store credit to you for the difference.

Are prices negotiable?

TVs are a low margin product, so our prices are very firm for individual units. We will occasionally run sales on specific models at our sole discretion. If you are purchasing more than 5 TVs at a time, then see our store manager...we will do our best to customize a volume package for you.

Is layaway or financing available?

We currently don't have any layaway or financing options.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept cash or credit / debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover). We do NOT accept checks of any kind.

Do prices include sales tax?

No, local sales tax rates will be charged in addition to the sales price. We must collect this sales tax unless you have a valid Sales and Use Tax Permit on file with us that 1) shows your state seal and 2) states that you're purchasing our merchandise with the intent to resell it.
